Description
Tri-Board Halogen Free FR, is a sustainable, halogen free protection sheet. It is certified as flame retardant for for use on commercial projects. Certification is to Loss Prevention Standard (LPS) 1207.
This BRE approved board, is a first in this industry. Halogen free materials create less smoke, and the resultant toxicity is far less.
The following harmful chemicals are exempt from the manufacture, and therefore, the product:
fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, astatine
These sheets are a translucent, versatile protection, in addition to being 100% recyclable. Available in a dense 3mm or 4mm sheet. It is also heavily reusable.
Tri-Board protects (but is not limited to) floors, windows, walls and ceilings. It protects just about anything else you can think of in a building or renovation project.
Tri-Board Halogen Free FR is a dense board. To join the sheets, 75mm Gaffer Tape should be applied to 3mm Tri-Board, with 100mm Gaffer Tape for 4mm Tri-Board.
Use Low Tack Tape to seal the edges to a finished surface.
For domestic and non-commercial projects, standard Tri Board is also available. Recycled Tri-Board FR is also available as a lighter-duty solution on commercial projects.
